(3) Mix the entire baking mix with 19.6oz (580ml) of
lukewarm water.
(4) Fill the dough into the pan and smooth it out with damp
hands. Moisten the surface of the formed dough & cut the surface of the loaf lengthwise.
(5) Place the shaped dough on the oven rack and bake for
80min.
(6) Afterward, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack. (7) Optionally, add 0.5oz (15g) yeast & 0.5oz (15g) sugar to the dough under (3) to create an even tastier bread.
