Great flavor. You can taste the German tradition even though this is gluten free & vegan. Love it
I've been baking my own GF bread for 2 decades (at least), and this is both easy and has fantastic taste! Moreover, I tried making it in a bread machine, and it came out good. It didn't have the same crust as it was when baked in a conventional oven, but still very good. Highly recommend!
