Dan Wom This brand offers some great egg noodles in general, and their spaetzle varieties are top-notch, with this variety (Bavarian) being the best imo - just a bit of butter, cheese, and pepper as a garnish. Unfortunately, one generally can't find anything remotely similar on store shelves in the States - but thanks to online retailers like OSGS, we spaetzle lovers may persevere.

Janann Marshall I was looking for the lemon butter sauce I would eat with lobster tails in Germany. Loved that stuff. Found this website. Decided I needed some spaetzle as well. Had it with pork tenderloin and mushroom gravy. It was just like I remembered. Thanks German shop
