The DINZLER Coffee Roastery has been based at Irschenberg in the Bavarian Alpine Foreland since 2011 and is a family-run business.

Since its founding by Otto Dinzler in 1950, the DINZLER Coffee Roastery has dedicated itself to providing the finest coffee experience. The Art of the Roast

At the DINZLER Coffee Roastery, the journey to the perfect cup begins with a rigorous selection process. We don’t just buy beans; we curate them.

"We receive countless samples from around the world," explains Master Roaster Max Bauer. "Each one is test-roasted and evaluated by a select panel—the Master Roaster and the founding family. Only the truly exceptional make the cut."

Traditional Craft Meets High-Tech Precision

Once selected, the green coffee undergoes our signature gentle, long-term drum roasting process. This is where the magic happens. In a unique collaboration with the renowned machine manufacturer Giesen, we developed two state-of-the-art drum roasters. These machines allow us to preserve the time-honored, artisanal roasting traditions of Germany while utilizing the most advanced technology available today.
