Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Monthly Masterclass Subscription
What you get
The Monthly Masterclass Subscription costs $14.99 per month. Each
month, we email you a code for one free masterclass from our Baking
Masterclasses collection. You choose which class — any class in the
collection, including new ones as we add them.
Each month's code is good for one class. Your code's expiry date is shown in the email — you'll always have at least 90 days, and a "month" means the calendar month.
Billing
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date
you signed up, and continues until you cancel. We charge the payment
method on file. You'll receive your class code by email within a few
minutes of each successful payment.
Your code
Each month's code unlocks one class and is valid for 90 days from the
day we send it. Codes are for the account they were issued to and
can't be transferred or combined with other discounts.
Your classes are yours to keep
Once you unlock a class, it stays in your library permanently. It
doesn't expire, and it stays yours even after you cancel your
subscription. Watch it as often as you like.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account — no email required, no
phone call. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month
you've already paid for, and you keep any unused code from that month
for its full 90 days. We don't offer partial refunds for the current
month, and cancelling stops all future charges.
If a payment fails
We'll retry your payment over a few days. If it still doesn't go
through, your subscription is cancelled automatically and we'll email
you. Classes you've already unlocked stay yours.
Price changes
If we ever change the subscription price, we'll email you before it
takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
