While it's possible to bake the bread in a bread maker, we recommend baking in the oven for the best results and an amazing crust ♡ For Bread Maker See instructions at bottom
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OVEN:
What you will need:
-3 teaspoons (9g) instant dry yeast
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 1/3 cups (330ml) lukewarm water
-Seeds for sprinkling (optional)
-Loaf pan ≈ 9x5 in (25x11cm)

-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 1/2 cups (350ml) lukewarm water
-Seeds for sprinkling (optional)
-Loaf pan ≈ 9x5 in (25x11cm)

1.Mix the dough. In a large bowl mix together baking mix and yeast. Add apple cider vinegar and water and mix well. The dough will be sticky, which is ok.
2.Fill the dough in a loaf pan either greased or lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
3.Bake the bread. Put it into the cold oven on the middle rack and bake at 390 °F (200°C) for 1 hr. Remove the bread from the oven to let it cool.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREAD MAKER :
Preparation in the bread maker: Put 1 cup + 3 tablespoons (280ml) of lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of neutral oil, the baking mix and 1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast in the baking container.
Please refer to the instructions for your bread maker for the order of the ingredients. We recommend the Whole Wheat program for the preparation.
