this is the second time I’ve ordered this item. The first time was fine, this time it arrived melted. It needed to have been shipped with more insulation or faster.
Added a pack of vanilla sugar pack of yeast. I also add some chip, flax, hemp seed to make healthier. Rise for a hour. Pre heat oven with water to steam up 30 minutes before loaf into oven.
The bread was very hard and hard to cut. Once I got it cut and warmed upon the oven, it was a little easier to eat. Not sure if I will buy it again.
For me this is the best bread of all the offered breads. I have gluten intolerance issues that causes me to have joint pain. However, I can eat Sourdough and this bread also includes Buckwheat which is naturally gluten free. So this will be my preferred loaf for future purchases. Also, it is delicious. Overall, so far I like the three breads I have tried and I will try the rest of the breads you offer.
It was pretty. I expected to receive the bread within about 3 working days, especially with the faster shipping, but it took days longer. The package was alright, but it was just paper wrapped bread in a cardboard box. The bread was so hard that I almost couldn't get a bread knife through it, using force and my body weight. The True North actually tasted a bit burnt, but was edible after microwaving and adding butter. The other loaf didn't taste burned but was just as hard to work with and eat. I hope this becomes a better experience if received faster after coming out of the oven.
First loaf I've found in the USA that comes close to matching the bread I remember eating as a kid in Hamburg. Keep up the great work!
Very disappointing. I thawed the bread out, cut pieces of it and couldn’t eat it because it was hard as a rock. I had to throw it away. I’m hesitant now to try the others that I bought.
This is the best sauce ever..better than my old favorite Sriracha...I put this sauce on eggs vegetables, and meats. I even give it as gifts..That is how much I love it!

It is too bitter. It is not the best. I will taste additionally Pistachios by Ritter and also Strawberry yogurt? Ritter sucks!
