Kambly, baked his first Brezteli (a type of butter biscuit) in the heart of the Emmental valley in Switzerland. The recipe for this iconic biscuit came from his grandmother and has been preserved and used by the company ever since.

Throughout the years, Kambly grew from a small family bakery into a globally recognized brand. A pivotal moment in the company's history was the introduction of the Kambly Butterfly in 1950.
