Shipping policy

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout. We merely pass on a carrier rates provided by the carrier.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you like to expedite your order, please select an expedited delivery option during the checkout process and note the additional shipping cost. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.

How long will it take until I get my package?

All orders are processed within 24 hours in our local warehouse in New Jersey (public holiday holidays, and weekends excluded). Your order will be handed to the carrier within 24 hours.

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. We do our best to get your order out the door and on its way the business day after you place it.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order directly at our warehouse a Little Ferry, New Jersey. In this case there are no ship cost or handling charges. Orders can be picked up Mon-Fri 10am through 4pm (except holidays). Orders are usually ready 2h after they have been received. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick up.

Purchase & shipping of fresh meats.

All fresh German sausages & meats are shipped in insulated boxes with several gel packs. Orders containing fresh German sausages and meats will be shipped FedEx express 2-day nationwide.

Production, storage as well as shipping is handled by our partner The Alpine Inc. One Stop German Shop Inc is not responsible for the quality of the product or the shipping. Please ensure that you cool or freeze the product immediately after the package was delivered. If the product is not cool anymore or you are uncertain about the quality of the product after you've received the package, please do not consume the product and contact us immediately.

Purchase & shipping of fresh bread.

All fresh German breads will be shipped FedEx express 2-day nationwide.

Production, storage as well as shipping is handled by our partner Zingerman's Bakehouse. One Stop German Shop Inc is not responsible for the quality of the product. Please ensure that you store the product accordingly after the package was delivered. Please inspect the product immediately after the package was delivered delivered. If the product was inside of spoilage or if you are uncertain about the quality of the product after you've received the package, please do not consume the product and contact us immediately.
