Traditional German flour: Frießinger Mühle

Although we have been very quiet these last few months, we have been extremely busy behind the scenes. So today without further ado we're excited to announce the launch of our new products from Frießinger Mühle.

Frießinger Mühle is as traditional and great quality German food and food ingredients as it can get. Founded in 1859 Frießinger Mühle is a family business in its 5th generation and renowned in Germany for its high quality flour.

Bake your own German bread & dough

As German flour is one of the most popular items in our shop, we figured it would make sense to expand our selection. With Frießinger Mühle we now offer different wheat and rye flours, and also bread mixes and pizza flour.

Fun Fact: Frießinger's pizza flour received the official seal by the AVPN (Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana) for its authenticity by Neapolitan standard.
