Dan Wom This brand offers some great egg noodles in general, and their spaetzle varieties are top-notch, with this variety (Bavarian) being the best imo - just a bit of butter, cheese, and pepper as a garnish. Unfortunately, one generally can't find anything remotely similar on store shelves in the States - but thanks to online retailers like OSGS, we spaetzle lovers may persevere.
