The Bechtle Fine Noodles are the exact noodles I had been hunting for since I bought them at least a couple years ago and discovered how easy they cook up in soup and adding to various dishes giving them more substance. I came to realize how often I reached for these when preparing food as compared to various other noodles I had on hand. My only disappointment is I only received one of two bags ordered but One Stop German Shop was good to rectify. I will place another order with this store as my first experience was good..
