You can shape your own size of dumplings, either 12 small ones 8 big ones, depending who you are cooking for

Happy with my products, not as happy with customer service

I had issues dealing with customer service, they ended up cancelling my order despite me saying I would like to keep my order and just voiced my displeasure about the situation at hand. I placed my order again and while the pricing/charges issue was never resolved I got my products and am happy with them. I'll order them elsewhere whenever possible, but I'm thankful to have had the opportunity since I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Halb & halb was the favorite Knödel my mother made from scratch. Half boiled and half raw potatoes.
This is a very good mix, you can add boiled/mashed potatoes to it to get more flavor. I add chopped parsley to the dough before I roll the Knoedels.
Company should keep more of it in stock, because it sells out often.
