It arrived melted

I'm sorry for this review, but the size of the cooling package was 24 times too small for all the chocolate I ordered. There size of the cooling pack was 3 oz, it was smaller than one of the 29 pieces of x 3.5 oz each chocolates I ordered. The Yoghurt Chocolate was not eatable, I disposed of it, and the Noisette was melted all out of shape, not suitable for gifts, which we intended to give. Please change the amount of cooling packs you include based on the amount of pieces ordered.
