Rugen fisch herring in mustard sauce

I had to write again on the quality of this product. I have been enjoying tinned seafood for many years. I will have to say this is perhaps the best herring I have ever eaten. Beautiful product.

Best mustard sauce.

This is truly the best fish in a mustard sauce that I have ever tasted. The herring is mild, firm flaky. The sauce is sweet with a pleasant mustard bite, but not overpowering. My favorite Rugen Fisch tin so far. Delicious.
