Item not as pictured

I ordered St Nicholas chocolates that arrived as a Santa Claus version that were not what the picture showed on the website. I had ordered these specifically for St Nicholas day, so I was disappointed in the alternate version. Customer service replied promptly but could only offer a refund by sending the chocolates back. I decided to just keep them to avoid the hassle and a time crunch to find an alternative before St Nicholas.

The item is exactly what I was looking for. It worked great for my classroom. My only issue is that I had a few broken ones. It probably happened during shipping. I still gave it to my studnet but they just had a broken one instead. The students seem to really enjoy it and they even joked that St Nick must have gave it them while winking at me. These are middle school students.
