Our authentic German Weisswurst is made from an ultra-premium blend of finely minced veal and lean pork, seasoned with fresh parsley, lemon zest, mace and cardamom, and entirely free from artificial preservatives, nitrates or synthetic colourings. This traditional Bavarian white sausage has a delicate, pale profile and a genuinely clean label.

Where does it ship from? All fresh sausages and meats ship from our own warehouse in Little Ferry, New Jersey.

How is it packed? Every order goes out in an insulated box with frozen gel packs. Cold packaging is always free – no packaging or handling fee.

How fast is it? 2-day express via UPS or FedEx, depending on your address. Many East Coast addresses receive their order in 1–2 days.

When does it ship? Monday to Wednesday (Thursdays for addresses close to New Jersey), so your package never sits in a depot over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week ship at the start of the next week.

When it arrives: Please bring the package inside promptly and refrigerate or freeze the sausages right away. If it arrives warm or damaged, email a photo to help@onestopgermanshop.com within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
