I really like this coffee, & have bought another one. I do think they are a bit pricey, but decided to treat myself this once. I've tried plenty of coffees in my search, & so far I like this the best. I use approximately 7 oz. of water 1 large scoop (heaping) of coffee in an auto drip coffee maker. It has a nice flavor, as Guatemalan should, with a hint of cocoa & a tartness after feeing in your mouth. It has a fuller body than most medium roasted coffees, and a smooth taste, I just wish it was a bit lower in price so I could buy more often. I would recommend San Sebastian coffee if you are not looking to have you spoon stand straight up in the cup, but prefer a good taste with fuller body.
