Delicious but alter ingredient ratio

1 lb of meat more or less drowns in this much liquid. I would do 2 lb of meat. Delicious flavor. Will buy again. Also served spaezle noodles on the side and red cabbage. Wonderful combination

Am so happy, everything came within a few days, with a best before 2026 date. Finally I can buy some real German bread, Knödel, etc.. have to try those weissewurst nächst. Thanks
