I've loved classic Jaffa cakes since I was a little girl. Over the years, I've tried many other versions, but this is, by far, my favourite twist on the old classic. It is also something that my husband, who is not nearly as fond of the chocolate/orange combo as I am, can enjoy as well. These are truly delightful, soft and delicate, and the white chocolate & cherry jelly combo is so lovely, it might have become my preference. If you love Jaffa cakes, white chocolate, and cherries, these are for you.
