Lotte Consider using cooling packs or insulated packaging for shipping, please. Unfortunately, all of my chocolate arrived completely melted and inedible. I was also disappointed to learn that no compensation would be offered for this issue

Sylvia Lopez David I try getting my refund for items I didn't receive i send a few emails I checked with neighbors I was not there when items were delivered I have camaras to prove i didn't receive it still email company for my refund absolutely a disgrace.
