Susan B For some strange reason, stores in the U.S. do not carry this pie filling mix. It is widely available in Canada as Dr Oetker Shirrifs Lemon Pie Filling in a bright blue box. This is different packaging but the instructions are identical. So I hope it is the same product. While it is a shame I had to pay shipping from New Jersey to get this mix, at least you sell it! I use fresh lemon juice for part of the cold water and add lemon zest. A delicious filling.

Linda Palladino This is the best for my lemon blueberry tart. Everyone loves it. The only problem is that it’s difficult to find locally.
