So good

I was lucky to be in Germany during white asparagus season one year. It was pure heaven. It’s a very rare find in the U.S. When I saw the pickled white asparagus I thought I’d give it a try. It doesn’t beat steamed white asparagus swimming in butter but it’s pretty darn good. I’ll no doubt be buying more.
