Our Mediterranean Flower Honey is made by bees in sunny mediterranean orchards at the height of the blooming period when they collect nectar from flourishing and fragrant blossoms. This is what gives our honey its mild and well-balanced taste. Add it to naturally sweeten or refine the taste of tea, desserts or pastries or use it as a delicious spread on bread or pancakes.
All honey recrystallizes naturally after a certain time as it is 100% pure and unfiltered honey. This does not in any way compromise the quality. By carefully heating the honey, the crystals can be melted down again.

Gary S. Honey is a regional thing because bees use what’s available to them. This is light and not overly sweet, but good. It’s lighter than clover honey, so that’s the best reference point I can give it. We just opened it. It does have an easy to use dispenser.
