on the lowest rack of the oven. Insert additional oven rack in the middle &preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) upper & lower heat.
(2) Grease a loaf pan (approx. 9-10“) or line it with baking paper.
(3) Mix the entire baking mix with 16.2oz (480ml) of lukewarm water.
(4) Fill the dough into the pan and smooth it out with damp hands. Moisten the surface of the formed dough as well.
(5) Place theshaped dough on the oven rack and bake for 80min.
(6) Afterward, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
(7) Optionally, add 0.5oz (15g) yeast & 0.5oz (15g) sugar tothe dough under (3) to create an even tastier bread.
